Our Condos -Great for One or Two Families

Rent the Entire Building for Groups (8 bedrooms)!

The 4 condos were built in 1996. Each condo (two 1^st and two 2^nd floor units) has 1200 sq. ft. and features 1 outside and 1 inside parking place (with garage door opener).

Each condo is fully air-conditioned, has a large living room with stereo-radio, CD-player and color TV, Internet as well as a telephone. The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener as well as the necessary dishes, glasses, pots, pans etc. Each condo has a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board.

The 4 units share a large pool and a large fenced backyard.  The pool also has a separate security fence and is electrically heated in the winter time.

Each of the condos has two separate, screened lanais with cooling fans for warm days.
