Our Condos -Great for One or Two Families

Rent the Entire Building for Groups (8 bedrooms)!

The 4 condos were built in 1996. Each condo (two 1^st and two 2^nd floor units) has 1200 sq. ft. and features 1 outside and 1 inside parking place (with garage door opener). Pictured below are two pictures of Unit C, "Wild World".

Pictured below are photos of the living rooms for Unit A "Candy Swirl", Unit B "Blue Calm" and Unit D "Sandy Beach".

Each condo is fully air-conditioned, has a large living room with stereo-radio, CD-player and color TV as well as a telephone. All beds are sanitized every 6 months by the good folks of Bed Bugs Be Gone (local Hygienitech representatives). See www.bedbugsbegone.com.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener as well as the necessary dishes, glasses, pots, pans etc. Each condo has a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board.

The tropical garden, in which the building is located, features a 33 x 16 ft., electrically heated pool. Each condo comes with 2 lanais with 4 patio-chairs and cushions, 1 table and 2 chaises with cushions.
