- Four days is the minimum stay, extended to two weeks during holidays. Christmas and Easter are holidays.
- State and Local Taxes are additional (currently 9%).
- The price includes electricity, water, garbage disposal, cable, local and LONG DISTANCE (inside U.S.A. only) phone calls. The final cleaning fee is $115.
- 20 % of the total rental shall be paid upon signing
of the lease, the balance plus security deposit shall be
paid four weeks
in advance of possession of the unit. (Normal security deposit is $500.). - All prices are subject to change until locked in with a signed lease agreement.
